Our Colocation/Rack Space service allows you to place your own server and network hardware into our Data Centre, knowing that we will look after the cooling, power and security as well as providing a robust, fast internet connection. This represents a significant saving when compared to the costs associated with providing a similar level of service and bandwidth into your own place of business.

We will provide you with the IP address to configure your machine, and once done you can bring it either to our Cranleigh offices, or direct to our Data Centre inside the M25. We will install it into one of our racks. Once it’s operating you can access it as often as you would access a web site or dedicated server – the difference being that you own the hardware.

• Bandwidth: Our data centre, operates as a carrier neutral facility. This means that as well as our own diverse fibre network within our infrastructure to which we can offer connectivity services, we have a number of Tier-1 and Tier-2 carriers within the building which is normally available only within city centre data centres
• Uninterruptable Power Supply: Efficient power management facilities at our data centre, means we provide regulated and monitored power generators and backup power to protect against unplanned power failures and fluctuations.
• Security: We’re proud to have one of the most secure data centres in the UK. Security is a vital part of the colocation and connectivity services we offer which is the reason we invest heavily in a high-tech security infrastructure and maintain strict access protocols.
• Remote Hands: We offer various packages of ad hoc technical support and ‘remote hands cover’. All our support services are delivered by our in-house technical team. Between the entire team and the wide range of systems used by our clients, there’s little we have not had experience fixing or setting up.

With colocation services you own the hardware. If you decide that your server is too slow or does not have enough memory, you simply upgrade the server to your own requirements at a time convenient to you. You own the server software too; simply install the tools you want to use when you need them.
